Lot services was set up
in 2003 and covers two main areas;
We help and assist second home owners and residents in the Lot, taking
care of homes and gardens through out the year. Bearing in
mind many people are only here for a few weeks a year, we are
involved with many other aspects of your holiday/property.
This ranges from introductions to estate agents, finding
artisans for special projects or indeed simply introducing you
to locals with special knowledge or skills.
We also sell
pool barriers
and Covers
The French Law states that all in-ground
swimming pools must
have approved security measures or you could be fined up to 45,000
euros.
Living just outside
Figeac, we have know a wide range of local artisans,
Maires, government offices. Generally, we know where to go for
what!
