Besse is set in the countyside in the Lot, with magnificent veiws and the tranquilety of life in France, although the house is private and hidden away it is 10 minutes from the historical town of Figeac. A detached property set in beautiful countryside, surrounded by woods. The house can be entered by the side level, covered patio or by steps which lead into a dining room/kitchen with f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer, tv, woodburner, table and easy chairs. There are two exits from this room to the outside, one leading on to a balcony with veiws, the other to a covered patio, where table and chairs are situated near to the bbq area. The Lounge and second dining table is off from the kitchen area, there are stairs up to a bedroom which has three beds (dble & 2 sgle beds,) and a low window looking out to the garden. On the ground level there are two double bedrooms & bathroom with shower.There is one bedroom with a wash basin and double bed and the other with double bed, wordrobes and drawers in both rooms, Duvets avalible. A W/machine & 2nd shower/wc is situated on ground level in the cellar. There is an oil c/heating system for the winter periods along with a log burner if needed. A large garden with mature trees and shrubs gives a perfect setting and tranquility. The terrace & balcony is situated with magnificent veiws to front of house. The garden is a good size and has a hidden shaded area at the bottom for peaceful moments, an extended wild garden continues to the bottom of the property and into the woodland. Near by there are a wide veriaty of activities: canoeing,tennis, kids play areas, golf, hire boats, caving, steam train through the Lot, Tour guides, monkey, animal, eagles, preastoric and bee parks, chateaux, water parks, fishing lakes, cycle hire, horse riding, adventure parks, Musiums, night markets and during the winter months skiing is only 45 minutes away.
